Built in the middle of the Seine on the downstream tip of the Ile Seguin, in Boulogne-Billancourt in the Hauts-de-Seine department, the Seine Musicale is a place dedicated to music and culture. It brings together concert and exhibition spaces, restaurants, shops and green spaces on the same site. Inaugurated in 2017, the Seine Musicale is positioned as THE new destination for live entertainment in western Paris, offering an eclectic programme overseen by its general manager, Olivier Haber. Bob Dylan was the first artist to perform there on 21 April 2017, the day before the official opening of the building.
