A museographic tour around mustard
0
0
In order to make the tradition of Burgundy mustard better known, The Moutarderie Fallot created a museum explaining the ancestral techniques of the trade. Old tools are exhibited, and visitors can even learn how to make mustard. Another route allows visiting the production chain from the storage silo for the mustard seeds to the final packaging stage. The two courses benefit from lighting and sound resources that participate in the staging. An adjacent Bar à moutarde (Mustard bar) exhibits the whole range of Fallot mustards.
