A modernized vinification
The owners of Château Léoube estate in the Var department pay equal attention to the cultivation of the grape, its vinification, and aging. After a renovation of the vineyard, they transformed the cellar into a modern and modular work tool designed to use gravity to the maximum to preserve the integrity of the bunches until crushing. The operators also switched to thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks for fermentation and acquired new concrete tanks and casks for conservation in order to guarantee the regularity and the quality of their wine production.
