A modern milking system
In order to develop and modernize their Naturellement Normande farm in Landelles and Coupigny, Janine and Denis Lelouvier completely renovated their milking parlor and its system, which had become dilapidated. The white and green waters from washing the milking block go directly into a geomembrane pit that protects the soils. Their system is fully certified organic. The farm's processed cheeses (Camemberts) are labeled as AOC (Controlled Designation of Origin).
