Vilac has been manufacturing wooden toys since 1911. The meticulousness of the work and the traditional methods are passed on from generation to generation. The oaks from the Jura forests are worked and sculpted in the turning workshop, where the toys take shape. These are then dipped twice in vats of shimmering paint. The dipping process is very slow so that no bubbles are formed and that each piece is evenly covered with paint.
