In 1862, cedar seeds from the Algerian Atlas were sown to reforest the hilltop of the Petit Luberon. Mediterranean tree, it is drought-resistant, resistant to forest fires and can live for several centuries. These 1st generation cedars are now 150 years old, have an imposing silhouette and are great-grandparents... Their descendants surround them and form the forest of today.
