The Naturellement Normande farm raises dairy cows in Landelles and Coupigny, near Vire, in the Calvados department. Its 55 dairy cows of the Norman breed thrive on 200 acres (80 ha). They graze in the fields from springtime, while in winter, they only eat hay that has been harvested and dried. Such diet guarantees them an ideal organic milk quality with renowned taste. The farm has been enriched with a raw milk cheese workshop that mainly produces Camembert AOC (Controlled Designation of Origin).
