The 14,221 acres (5,836 ha) of the territory of Pierrefeu-du-Var mainly consist of agricultural or wooded areas. Such assessment is evidenced by the detailed analysis of the biophysical occupation of the municipal soils carried out in 2018. It revealed that only 7% of the territory is urbanized and consists of housing, industrial and commercial areas, public facilities, and infrastructures. The remaining surface is mainly covered with forests and sclerophyllous vegetation (59%), as well as crops (34%) mostly dominated by viticulture.
