Innovation is key at ‘Naturellement Normande’ (Naturally Norman). Since 2018, the dairy farm has gone 100% organic and several projects have been planned. The expansion and renovation of the dairy stand, the renovation of the inadequate milking tools, the construction of a hay dryer in the barn as well as the provision of food self-sufficiency for the animals and the construction of a watertight-geomembrane pit to store the manure. The cattle are now being fed on 100% grass and hay and the quality of their meat is unbeatable.
