A horse born from the foam
The Camargue horse is closely linked to the sea. A regional legend even claims that it was born from its foam. A man is said to have thrown himself into the sea to escape a black bull chasing him. From that day would date the unbreakable bond between the Camargue people and the Camargue horse.
