Sébastien Yago, a state-certified mountain guide, offers visitors numerous hiking trails across Menton's hinterland and the surrounding areas. Together with Nadine Seasal, in charge of the sales, he runs the Orgaya walking travel agency, based in the locality of Castellar in the Alpes-Maritimes department. They also coordinate the Camina Mangia association in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, which organizes an annual pedestrian and culinary event in the hinterland of Menton.
