Upon the beautiful limestone soils of the village of Dahlenheim in northern Alsace, Mélanie Pfister continues the quest of her predecessors – seven generations since 1780 – to produce gourmet wines. Eric Westermann, chef of the Buerehiesel restaurant in Strasbourg, is the descendant of at least two generations of restaurateurs. They both have a great respect for nature and the environment. In 2013, Domaine Mélanie Pfister obtained the High Environmental Value (HVE) label. As for Eric Westermann, his gastronomic cuisine based on local products was awarded a Michelin star in 2008.
