The hills and forests of the Marne are steeped in history. Covering an area of 530 km2, the park is organized around the mountain of Reims, a wooded plateau, surrounded by the slopes of the Champagne vineyards. This vineyard produces the famous Champagne wine which is an integral part of the local landscape, culture and economy. 57 historical monuments are spread over 30 of the park's municipalities, including 22 religious buildings, 13 Champagne houses, 6 parks and gardens. A beautiful page of history to discover.
