The milk from Norman cows contains the highest level of calcium and protein in France. If it comes from animals that graze only 100% organic grass, the dairy products increase in flavor. Janine Lelouvier from the Naturellement Normande farm started producing Camemberts with the milk of her husband Denis' cows. She obtained the only PDO label in the Calvados department.
