Jean-Claude Blanc lives in the heart of Camargue, on the Salins de Giraud road between Arles and the Mediterranean Sea. Coming from a family of farmers for many generations, he owns, manages, and operates the Domaine de Paulon with his wife Brigitte and their three children, Véronique, Olivier, and Laurent. The Manade Blanc raises about two hundred bulls and twenty horses of the Camargue breed on the 618 acres (250 ha) of the estate in accordance with the local traditions and culture.
