The biodynamic vineyards of Château Malherbe in Bormes-les-Mimosas, in the Var department, reflect the ecological commitment and convictions of their owners. The Ferrari family considers the vine an organism that must be developed through a balance between profitability and respect for the living. Biodynamic cultivation reinforces the identity of a terroir cultivated as naturally as possible under the favorable conditions of the Provençal climate. Little conducive to the development of vine diseases, it offers greater environmental consistency and, therefore, improves the quality and typicity of Château Malherbe's wines.
