The size of the home range necessary for the Przewalski horses (Equus ferus przewalskii) of the Monts d'Azur Reserve depends mainly on the availability of food resources and access to water. The composition of this living area is fairly unchanging from one group of horses to another. It includes a sheltered area, a water point, a grazing area, a dusting site, as well as paths and spaces dedicated to dung.
