Founded in 1901, the Vignerons du Pays d´Ensérune cooperative is among the oldest in France. It symbolizes more than a century of collaborative history of the wine world in the region. This structure brings together more than 600 winegrowers from 22 communes of the Hérault department. It spreads over some 3000 ha of vineyards in the south of the department, near the city of Béziers. The members are committed to a process of quality and biodiversity from the vine to the cellar.
