A controlled designation of origin linked to the Jura massif

The controlled designation of origin ‘Bois du Jura’ (Jura wood) was approved on March 15, 2019 by an order published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Only products meeting the conditions set by the specifications can therefore benefit from the designation 'Bois du Jura' and mention the terms 'controlled designation of origin' (AOC). The ‘Bois du Jura’ AOC comes from the transformation in the Jura massif of firs and spruces harvested in this same massif.
