Based in Saint-Pierre-le-Viger in the Seine-Maritime department, Terre de Lin is a cooperative specializing in the cultivation and processing of flax. With its 600 members, all flax growers, and 220 employees spread over six production sites in Normandy, it accounts for 15% of the world's production of flax and is a major stakeholder upstream in the textile flax industry. Terre de Lin is constantly innovating in the creation of new flax varieties, the production of seeds, scutching and combing of flax fiber, as well as the valorization of flax anas.
