Patricia Cunha is a Portuguese artist at the origin of the Umbrella Sky Projects that have been multiplying since 2012 in urban spaces worldwide. Born in Águeda in 1978, she studied marketing and advertising and worked in decoration, painting, renovation, sewing, and fashion before creating her own company, Sextafeira Produções, in 2004. Since then, Patricia Cunha has constantly colored the life - the slogan of her company - of millions of inhabitants by developing urban art installations based on multicolored umbrellas or balloons hanging in public spaces.
