The Musée de l’Air et de l’Espace (Air and Space Museum) at Le Bourget is exhibiting a SEPECAT Jaguar A. The single-seat, twin-engine Franco-British aircraft rolled off the assembly line in 1972. It was equipped with Rolls-Royce Turbomeca Adour type engines and arrow-shaped wings. The low pressure tyres allowed landings on short runways. The ground attack monoplane had an aluminium airframe and a heavy duty bulletproof windscreen. With a range of 12 hours, it could also be refuelled in flight. The Jaguar aircraft flew until 2005.
