The Naturellement Normande farm in Landelles and Coupigny initiated a major shift in 2014 with a conversion to organic farming. Their meadows have been reclaimed and freed of all non-organic fertilizers. The owners thus harvest the hay that will dry in an automated and heated dryer using shredded wood from the cut of the bocage hedges. A self-supply that also benefits the regeneration of hedgerows in Normandy.
