A beach under a bridge

No less than three beaches stretch along the banks of the Tarn in the small village of Mostuéjouls in the Aveyron department. The busiest is the pebble beach of Pont du Rozier in Saint-Pal. It extends at the foot of a bridge with a privileged view of the Capluc rock (2,148 ft / 655 m) in the Causse Méjean. Lined by poplars, the beach constitutes the starting point for a descent on the Tarn by canoe kayak.
