A historic brand of Cogevi, a cooperative of Champagne growers, Champagne Collet blends wines of character made mainly from Premier and Grand Cru grapes. The “Esprit Couture” cuvée is a tribute to the tradition of the little hands of haute couture and the vine. The expression “handmade since 1921” is written in full on the back label. Made from the best vintages, the cuvée is matured for seven years. Produced in limited quantities, it has made the reputation of the cooperative, which celebrated its centenary in 2021.
