Janine and Denis Lelouvier specialise in raising dairy cows and beef cattle at Landelles-et-Coupigny in the Calvados department, and have focused on producing high-quality meat and dairy products. With 55 Normandy breed dairy cows and 18 beef cattle over 80 hectares of land, they have adopted a 100% organic approach for their cattle, which are fed exclusively on grass and hay: this guarantees the quality of the milk and meat.
