Brégançon Castle wine estate of Bormes-les-Mimosas produces 180,000 bottles of organic labeled wines annually. Rosés constitute most of the production with more than 60% and an average of 115,000 bottles per year. Red wines represent more than 30% of the estate's output, with some 40,000 annual bottles. Finally, white wines account for the remaining 10% of the production, with 20,000 bottles a year.
