Brie with Perigord truffles

The 30 Arpents farm in Favières, in the wooded Brie region, continues the tradition of farmhouse cheese made exclusively from the raw milk of its cows. For the enlightened amateurs with a subtle taste, the farm’s cheese dairy offers a very high quality Brie de Meaux with truffles. The truffle enhances the hazelnut flavour already present in this unique soft cheese with a bloomy rind. Brie with truffles is not a PDO (protected designation of origin) due to the addition of black Périgord truffles, but it is still made according to the specifications of farmhouse Brie de Meaux.
