100% Norman cows
Living on an 80-hectare farm – near the Gorges de la Vire in the Norman bocage – Janine and Denis Lelouvier are farmers with a true passion for their work. Their organic farm is the only one in Calvados to produce an organic Camembert made from raw milk and shaped by the ladle, the famous ‘Camembert de Normandie AOP’. Having switched to 100% grass in 2014, the Franco-British couple carefully monitors the health and welfare of each of their Norman cows.
