When monkeys help the development of a village
2
0
In the village of Tafi Atome in Ghana (West Africa), for centuries, monkeys have lived in harmony with the inhabitants. They are considered their equals. In 1996, the elected officials of the village decided to highlight this precious link. They then create an eco-tourist sanctuary in which tourists interact as closely as possible with the monkeys. This sanctuary has allowed the village to develop and thus build new infrastructure.
