It uses its fins to move. The Epaulette shark is one of the smallest species of shark, some measuring only 70 centimeters. Discovered in the 18th century by a French naturalist, this shark crawls on the seabed floor thanks to its pectoral fins. These walking sharks evolve mainly off Papua New Guinea.
