At Slope Point, the winds are very strong. Located in the far south of New Zealand (Pacific), this region is one of the most hostile in the world. The trees have adapted. To provide as little resistance as possible, the branches of the trees have turned in the opposite direction and give the impression of having been blown by the wind.
