There's hope for the giraffes!

They were 97,562, they are now 117,173. Since 2015, the giraffe's number on the African continent has risen over 15%! In the middle of the 2010s, a few scientists warned about the silent extinction of these mammals. Indeed, between 1985 and 2015, the giraffe's population fell by 40% in Africa in the greatest indifference. The principal threats that weigh on the giraffe are poaching and habitat degradation.
