The United Kingdom creates its first super national nature reserve
In the region of Dorset, in the south-west of England, seven landowners have decided to combine three nature reserves to create a much larger one. Large areas previously unprotected have also been added. The nature reserve covers 3,300 hectares and is home to eleven priority habitats for wildlife. Photo credit: Jose Llamas
