Osa Peninsula, the animal's paradise
1
0
It is a peninsula located in the south of Costa Rica (Central America). Often referred to as the most fertile area in the world, the Osa Peninsula is home to thousands of species: scarlet macaws, spider monkeys, sea turtles, wild cats and hammerhead sharks. The protection of these species and their habitats is the consequence of Costa Rica's reforestation policy. Objective: 60% of the country's surface must be covered with forests by 2030.
