It is nicknamed the “Sistine Chapel of the Crystals”. Located 300 meters underground, the crystal cave of the Naica Mine, northern Mexico (North America), is a very surprising geological site. The cave containing giant crystals of selenite, a variety of transparent gypsum. These crystals were created over several millennia and are the largest set of crystals in the world. The largest of them reaches 11.4 meters in height.
