Wildlife is back in Fukushima

In 2011 Japan's Fukushima nuclear disaster led to the end of several living spaces and species. In the Journal of Frontiers in Ecology and the Environment, researchers recently observed more than twenty animal species that thrive on the site. Despite radioactivity, wild boars, macaques, foxes, and Japanese hares have been spotted.
