The griffon vulture is back in Turkey!

In Turkey, it was believed to have disappeared. Last February, seven griffon vultures were spotted in the southeast of the country. The consequence of a series of efforts to save the species, in particular through the establishment of foodstuffs to feed the bird. The griffon vulture is a large species from Europe and eastern Asia. It is the highest flying bird in the world. For seven hours, it can fly over 11,000 meters.
