The fastest jaw of the ocean
2
0
It is nicknamed the stranger of the abysses. The goblin shark lives in the depths of the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian oceans. On average, its habitat is located at a depth of 1 kilometer. It measures between 3 to 4 meters long. After having spotted a prey thanks to its sense of smell, the goblin shark uses its protractile jaw, that is to say, which projects forward. This jaw is the fastest in the ocean, at a speed of 3 meters per second.
