Jane Goodall is a British ethologist and anthropologist. She is well-known for the discoveries she made about chimpanzees and great apes during the 20th century. Both her relationship and approach to primates in their natural habitat, have marked the history of natural sciences. Among the major discoveries she made, the biggest might by that chimpanzees are carnivorous and non-herbivorous. Today, 85 years old, she remains active in the preservation of these species.
