Wave Rock is an unusual rock formation located east of the city of Hyden in Western Australia (Pacific). At 60 million years old, the geological site is composed of granite and measures 15 meters high and approximately 110 meters long. It takes its name from a wave that is about to break. Its shape is due to the slow erosion of granite by water and wind. Photo credit: Jeremy Zero
