They look like algae that move with the current. Garden eels are species of fish that spend their entire lives buried in the sand. Gathered in a colony, they respond to each other in their hole when danger awaits them. To feed, they attract plankton which comes to their mouths. Their size varies from 60 centimeters to 1.20 meters in length.
