A deer species was rediscovered in Vietnam
After disappearing for 30 years, a species of deer has been found in southern Vietnam. Responding to the name of Silver-backed Chevrotain, the species was found thanks to extensive research and conservation work. Global Wildlife Conservation's international team of researchers has installed several surveillance cameras in different territories to track it down.
