24 hours of the life of... a sloth!

It is known to be the slowest animal in the world. The sloth is an arboreal mammal that feeds exclusively on leaves. Due to the slowness of its digestive system, the animal rests an average of 14 hours a day. Another particularity: it spends 90% of its time hanging upside down. This position does not compress its lungs, as it can in humans because the sloth's organs are directly attached to its rib cage.
