The tiger is a wild carnivorous mammal from East Asia. Great solitary, it spends most of the day resting. It sleeps between 16 and 20 hours a day. It reduces its efforts to the maximum and moves only to stay in the shade. It saves its strength for the hunt. Carnivorous animal, it needs, on average, 6 kilograms of meat per day but can eat close to 40 kilograms in a single meal. A large prey can therefore allow him to fast for a week.
