In Corse-du-Sud, in the region of Ajaccio, a hundred inhabitants live on the edge of the Lake Tolla in a namesake village. Here, in the heart of this mountainous region covered with chestnut forests, the oldest houses date back to the 14th century. In 1968, the construction of a dam gave birth to the artificial lake which attracts many tourists. An economic resource that adds to traditional agriculture and pastoralism.
