Pampelonne beach is part of the public maritime domain of the State that, since 1974, has granted the municipality of Ramatuelle a main renewable concession for the organization of seaside activities essential to the local economy. As part of this concession, the municipality of Ramatuelle has set up parking lots, access to the beach, lifeguard and first aid stations, as well as water and electricity supply to the beach establishments. Annual sub-concessions are ceded by the municipality to private establishments for the development, maintenance, and operation of the site.
