The Cité de l'Automobile in Mulhouse hosts the largest car collection worldwide, with more than 450 vehicles on display. It is also the only automobile museum to have created a motor-racing track in addition to its exhibition halls. Some 4,500 spectators can observe emblematic cars circling the circuit over 2,625 ft (800 m). Enthusiasts and cars collectors also drive the vintage models they renovated on the three rings of the motor-racing track.
