In Burgundy, the grape harvest period is the highlight of the year. From mid-August to the end of October, many seasonal workers come from all over the world to experience the harvest. They cut the bunches of grapes and place them gently in baskets collected by the carriers. The harvest is also an opportunity to share moments of conviviality around a dinner, once the work of the day is done.
