Water behind the development of Grasse
Water is the main wealth of the city of Grasse installed on a high flow source, the source of La Foux, which springs from the Roquevignon massif. Omnipresent in the subsoil of the commune, it reappears in the countless fountains, washing places and basins of the city and has enabled the activity of the 17th century tanneries and of the mills, as well as the cultivation of the plants for perfumery.
